"Meet Me: Making Art Accessible to People with Dementia
In 2009 the Department of Education recently published Meet Me: Making Art Accessible to People with Dementia, a comprehensive resource for creating art programs for individuals with Alzheimer's disease and their caregivers."

This website is such a fantastic tool for care givers and facilitators to explore - it goes so far beyond 'just' a gallery collection.

Brilliant collection of little videos about how to create 'meaningful experiences with art'. The content is perhaps quite obvious, but a nice collection of videos to refer to.
