I discovered this US based organisation while reading an article co-written by the founder Susan Perstein.

ESTA have developed a number of long-standing programmes for older adults including the nicely-titled "Living History Arts", Life Collages and Pearls of Wisdom
ESTA was also part of the reearch by Dr. Gene Cohen on "Creativity and Aging".
