The Butterfly Project has involved getting rid of uniforms for staff, to avoid an institutional feel, and building installations such as an old-fashioned sweetshop and nostagic pub inside Humphry Repton House."

I am interested in the idea of changing little things like no uniforms to create less clinical settings. I am constantly hearing residents calling for 'nurse!' - they mustn't feel at home.
