I came across Morrison's children's clothing range and I really liked the attention to detail towards functional design.
I particularly like the promotion of autonomy and do-it-yourself of children putting on clothes themselves through simple, but effective design features...
It feels like these are qualities not dissimilar to older people. Wouldn't be good if there was a clothing range for older people? - bright colours, larger buttons and zips for people to do themselves, maybe concealed zips, easily washable and non-iron. All done with good design in mind.
It really feels like you are always compromising something with clothing - ease of use, comfort, quality (slipper soles are the worst!) and personal expression.
There are companies that do sell clothing to older people, a few here...

Is this the clothing that older people want, or are just given...??
A failry low-tech idea of using the traditional use of kite flying to monitor air quality.
