Personal Budgets
This is one of the biggest changes that could potentially affect all community arts, teaching, counselling etc.
I'm wanting to research into how this new system of personlising social care could work, and how the funding would pay for things.
I think with older people and vulnerable adults the main issue is going to be education and a dissemination of information - they might have money to spend, but not know what they can spend it on. And, whether they know what would benefit them.
